Children and fashion trend.

Fashion has become the trending order of the day, for many, fashion means showing as much nakedness as you can, the more unclad you are, the more beautiful you are but is that really true? Does following the trend make you beautiful, were our mothers not beautiful in their modest and moderate dresses?

It is no news that children in their innocence and without their knowledge have joined the trend, as it has become common sight to see little girls who ought to be dressed in their princesses’ gowns now dressed in bum shorts and half cuts, is this something to be applauded or something to give keen consideration and regression considering the future of these kids as they grow to see these as the norm.

Knowing if this norm continues, then decency and modesty will be a thing of the past. How then can we salvage this situation, how do we plug out the mole in our eyes when we’re oblivious of it’s presence. How and who will teach the next generation that nudity is not beauty, that being unclad or scantily dressed isn’t respectable. Sad enough the worship centres who aught to be a light and lead the way has joined the trend, no one care about the decadence in dressing. 

My dear people, let’s tell our children, you’re addressed as you are dressed, tell them being modest isn’t obscure. Who will salvage the damage we’ve done in the name of Fashion.
